Is the group virtual?Weekly meetings are held online (e.g. Tuesdays at 4:30pm) and in-person meetups are held at mutually convenient times and locations. Virtual meetings help improve attendance, consistency, and keeps costs low while reducing barriers associated with transportation, time conflicts, and life demands.
-
What happens if a participant can’t make a class? It is our hope that once a commitment is made, participants will attend all classes. We do understand that things come up, and therefore, we will make every effort to assist in helping the participant learn the content that was missed. The benefit of being virtual is participants can join from any location (we have had participants sign on from vacations numerous times!).

Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions which is beyond the scope of this program.
